Our Customer Experience Team respond to every customer enquiry within 1-2 working days during published working hours. If you have emailed us please rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as possible. We respond to all emails in the order that they are received and to help us respond efficiently we kindly ask you not to send multiple emails relating to the same enquiry.

Our order system is automated and as such we are unable to fulfil any order cancellation or amendment requests. Refunds are processed within 14 working days following the receipt of your returns parcel.
